Terms of use
These terms cover granddivision.com, the website of Grand Division Advisors ("we", "us"). They are not an engagement agreement and nothing here creates a client relationship. Work for a client is governed by a signed engagement letter, and if anything on this site conflicts with that letter, the letter controls.
The site is information about us
Everything on this site is general information about what we do. It is not advice about your situation. Rate structures, utility finance, and procurement rules turn on facts specific to one organization, and we have not seen yours. Do not act on something you read here without talking to someone who knows your circumstances, whether that is us or somebody else.
What we do not do
We provide financial and managerial consulting. We do not provide legal advice, audit or attestation opinions, engineering design or certifications, or bookkeeping of record, and we do not serve as a local government's finance officer of record. We are independent and speak only for ourselves. Nothing we prepare carries state endorsement, and no one's past public service gives us special standing before any state body.
No guarantee of results
Describing work we do is not a prediction about how your matter will come out. Outcomes depend on facts, on decisions other people make, and on bodies we do not control.
Our content
The text, images, and design on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to read it, print it, and quote it with attribution. Do not republish it as your own or use it to promote another business.
Names and marks belonging to other organizations appear here only to describe factual relationships, and their owners keep all rights in them.
Links
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for what it says.
Availability and errors
We try to keep the site accurate and available. We do not promise it will always be either. If you find a mistake, call and tell us. We would rather hear it from you than not.
Limit of liability
To the extent Tennessee law allows, we are not liable for losses arising out of your use of this website. This does not limit anything we owe a client under a signed engagement agreement, and it does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Tennessee law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Tennessee.
